It is the second time i have used Khun Pattama’s services, and i cannot recommend her warmly enough. She listens to you and really tries to understand what you are looking for. She didnt waste (my) time showing me inappropriate properties, or trying to convince me that a house was right for me .. instead she looked for and secured for me the perfect property just before it had become available again. Her 20-year plus knowledge of the market gives her an obvious edge. Pattama is the best!!! Not only is she pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional, but her excellent command of English makes communication all the more easy. She has proven to be more than just a realtor and has helped me out even after the lease was signed. It was my first week in Thailand, and she made the whole transition easier by helping me find water delivery, a cleaning lady, and answering various questions I had about the basics of renting here.
